The 2018 new intakes (34 Apprentices) for NVTI certified Apprenticeship Training Programme, had their orientation on 17^th September 2018, at the Samartex Apprentices Training Room.

Some managers, masters and old students (employed by Samartex) graced the occasion to usher the apprentices into Samartex and advise them on discipline, career building and rules and regulations of the company.

As part of its human resource development and capacity building for its future employees, the company offers fee-free Apprenticeship Training Programme for JHS and SHS graduates within its catchment areas and beyond on yearly basis. The programme is in various disciplines such as auto electrical, heavy duty mechanic, wood processing, lathe turning, panel beating, refrigeration and air conditioning etc.
