Samartex Awarded Free Zones Operation (Wood Processing) Award
21 Jun 2023The 17th Ghana-Africa Business Awards ceremony organised by Top Brass Ghana took place on May 26 at the Coconut Groove Regency Hotel. The awards scheme was established to commemorate Africa Day (25th May) and honor businesses that significantly contribute to the growth of Ghana by fostering trade, investment, and other economic ties between Ghana and sister African nations.
The Awards Dinner was presided over by Kwadwo Asante, Member of Parliament for Suhum and Member of the Parliamentary Select Committee on Foreign Affairs who deputised for Johnson Kweku Adu, Vice-Chairman of the Select Committee.
Samartex Timber and Plywood Company was represented by Mr. Nicholas Eshun, and was awarded in the category of Free Zones Operation Award (Wood Processing).
