The Board of Samartex, Managers, Workers, Friends, and Family showed their love and appreciation to the Managing Director, Mr. Richard Nsenkyire on his Birthday. The occasion commenced with a private outdoor Birthday party, held at his residence. In joining him cut the cake, Board Member, Mr. Eddie Prah, commended Mr. Richard Nsenkyire for his selfless commitment and dedication to the company for the past 24years and urged all to take a leaf from his exemplary rise through the ranks. There was a Golf tournament the next day dubbed “RICHIE @ 50 INVITATIONAL GOLF TOURNAMENT”

INTRODUCTION Management of Samartex Timber and Plywood Company Limited initiated drastic preventive measures from the beginning of March, 2020, even before COVID-19 became a national concern. This is due to our significant expatriate community whose nationalities cut across four different continents. Another major factor is our diverse customers, majority of whom come from Europe and Asia to inspect their products. Ghana’s 63rd Independence Day Celebration in Samreboi was hosted and sponsored by Samartex Timber and Plywood Company Limited. The events commenced with a march-past by all 30 JHS and Primary Schools within the Samreboi Circuit. The best marched and dressed-up schools were awarded with Trophies, Certificates and Cash Prizes. For the Primary Category, Modish Royal came 1st, Samartex School followed with Aboifie M/A in 3rd position.
